Running Program

The CAO Sports Performance Center offers a specialized running training program. Running is a natural human motion; our bodies have evolved to travel long distances with great efficiency. Although a natural movement, excelling at running in sports requires developing a unique set of skills and muscles.

Our running performance program is designed for runners and multi-sport athletes of all ages and skill levels. Running is a physically demanding activity that if done incorrectly can degrade and damage the body. Our running program has been developed by our team of leading sports performance coaches, physical therapists, and orthopaedics sports medicine surgeons.

Through one-on-one training sessions, our running program is designed to:

  • Improve speed
  • Improve off the line explosive power
  • Improve conditioning
  • Improve stamina
  • Improved strength
  • And, reduce the likelihood of injury
