Alexia’s Finger Fracture Patient Story
Alexia fractured her right ring finger while playing kickball causing stiffness and pain with general use. After a month of Occupational Therapy with our Certified Hand Therapist, DeNeah Cox, she now has full mobility and use. A variety of treatments were used including custom splinting, stretching, and tendon gliding to maximize her outcome. Alexia gets the most credit as she was a super star in following all of the therapists’ recommendations to get her a fast recovery. Thanks Alexia for trusting CAO with your care!
