He recently moved to SOMD in August to start his physical therapy career. He has Strength and Conditioning experience from working at the gym at Juniata College with Coach Smith, and from being an athlete in his past.
Lance uses an individualized, evidence-based approach that is shaped around patient preference and science. He believes that purposeful and appropriate movement is medicine. He is passionate about active participation in the healing process, and likes to empower patients to reach their goals.
He is the oldest of six kids, so he loves seeing his family and friends when he returns home to Western PA. In his free time, Lance likes lifting weights, visiting new areas, being outdoors, hiking, fishing, and watching sports (Go Steelers). Lance is pleased to be involved in the SOMD community.
